Please note:  We will include only your name, city, and state on the Classmates pages. We are no longer posting personal e-mail addresses anywhere on the Web Site. However, with your permission, we will forward messages to you from interested classmates, and others (only, however, if they appear legitimate & do not include any form of solicitation).

We have posted your 1965 photo from the yearbook, and will also add a more recent photo (if you send us one, either a reprint or an electronic image).  Any additional information you send in this form will be used for the updated Reunion memory book, and will not be posted on the Web Site. Also, please feel free to print the form, fill it out by hand, and send it by US Mail C/O NCHS Class of 1965 Reunion Committee, [rest of address to be added shortly].
